01. CHOOSE DATES FOR PAYROLL PROCESSING
During Setup process our consultants will plan out the calendar for the serivces, dates like payroll process, CPF file creation, Bank file creation, etc are recorded specific to your needs. -
02. PAYROLL SEND FOR APPROVAL
Based on the instructions and information, our dedicated team would process all calculations, additions, deductions, Statutory compliance and send payroll for approval. -
03.PROCESS PAYROLL & ISSUE PAYSLIP
Once approved payroll is received, it is finalized and respective reports and statutory files are generated, alonng with it the pay slips are emailed to all respective employees. -
04.CPF FILE & BANK FILE SUBMISSION
If the service is engaged, our team would on behalf of the client submit CPF file to CPF BOARD and upload BANK file to bank to process payout via bank giro or cheque.
